What is fogging?

Disinfectant fogging is applying disinfectant to areas in the form of fogs or mists. The disinfectant solution is poured into a fogging machine before being applied to surfaces. When the fogging machine is turned on, it begins atomizing the disinfectant product and putting it into the air.

The fog settles onto surfaces and disinfects them. This procedure is especially effective for treating areas that are difficult or impossible to get to, such as cracks, crevices, and confined spaces, which cannot be fully disinfected primarily by hand; fogging provides that extra layer of disinfection.

Our Products

Due to the growing changes in our environment, the standard of cleanliness is being forced to evolve and change. Through extensive research we have identified the most efficient way to disinfect and sanitize without the use of harsh chemicals.

Hypochlorous acid is one of the most effective known biocides and is 99.99% effective against viruses and bacteria. HOCl is an oxidizing solution that is viricidal, bactericidal, fungicidal, and sporicidal. It is 100-200 times more effective than bleach in surface disinfection yet is nontoxic to human and animals.

The human immune system naturally produces this same chemical to kill invasive organisms and fight off infection. HOCl is so safe that it can be used directly on food, it has been used in the food industry for years, increasing food safety and extending shelf life of fresh produce.

Process

  1. Declutter your space. Decluttering the space gives our technicians ready access to the areas you want the disinfection work done. Allowing them to properly do their job and for you to receive optimal effectiveness.

  2. Have surfaces cleaned with soap and water (or cleaner) before receiving treatment, focusing on high touch surfaces (tables, doorknobs, countertops, handles, desks, phones, light switches, toilets, sinks, etc. Cleaning before reduces the number of germs, dirt, and impurities on the surface. Disinfecting kills germs on surfaces.

  3. Time needed for fogging. Staff or residents need to vacate the premises for 2 hours while our specialists are at work.

  4. Enjoy a clean and sanitized environment days after application.
